Brand story

In 1961, Four Seasons Hotels Group established its first motel in downtown Toronto, Canada, targeting a new generation of international business travelers. Four Seasons'first hotel in Europe: Inn on the Park, Four Seasons Hotel on Berry Avenue, London. Mr. Sharp has laid the grouping's future development direction by managing medium-sized hotels specially providing high-quality services with moderate size, spacious rooms, friendly staff and meticulous service.

In 1982, Four Seasons launched residential property to provide customers with full or shared property rights of urban residential and vacation villas, as well as personalized services of Four Seasons Hotel.

On September 23, 2013, Mr. Allen Smith officially became President and CEO of Four Seasons Hotel Group. .

Replaceable upper mattress beds: Four Seasons Hotel and Simmons have jointly launched three kinds of mattresses: hard, moderate and soft, which can be chosen by guests according to their preferences without changing the mattress.

15-minute room service: A menu is provided for guests to enjoy room service within 15 minutes. This service has been extended to four seasons hotels all over the world.
